Hi, I'm Kim Bloomquist-Ehlbeck!

I'm a proud Arizona native and second-generation Arizonan who has called the Southeast Valley home my entire life. I've had the unique opportunity to watch Chandler and Gilbert grow from quiet cotton fields into the thriving communities they are today, and I feel incredibly grateful to help families call this area home.

After a successful career in corporate America, I followed my passion for real estate and never looked back. My background taught me how to solve problems creatively, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure. Those skills, combined with my genuine love for serving others, allow me to guide my clients with confidence and care through every step of their real estate journey.

As a proud veteran, service has always been at the heart of everything I do. I believe buying or selling a home is about so much more than a transaction. It's about helping people through one of life's biggest milestones. I treat every client like family and work hard to make the experience as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible.

I'm also proud to be a business owner alongside my husband as we operate 4Ever Young Chandler, helping people look and feel their best while continuing to serve the community we love. Together we've raised two incredible children, and we're overjoyed to be welcoming our first grandchild, a sweet baby girl, making me a soon-to-be Nana!

When I'm not helping clients or at the med spa, you'll usually find me exploring Arizona on a 4x4 adventure with my family, tackling a new craft project, participating in local events or 5Ks, or finding new ways to give back to our community.
