This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
🗣 Calling and emailing leads and clients daily
📲 Communicating and marketing with clients on social media platforms
👩🏫 Educating clients on the selling (and buying) process and the real estate market
↩️ Following up with leads in a timely manner
✏️ Writing and negotiating contracts
📚 Constantly be learning and sharpening your real estate knowledge and skills
👏 Be a proud brand ambassador and company representative
Qualifications
📃 Arizona Real Estate License is required to apply, must be a licensed Realtor®
🤝 A collaborative team member who thrives in a quick-paced environment
🖥 Comfortable or willing to learn software like ARMLS, Follow Up Boss, Canva, etc.
📞 Strong phone skills, the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
🗂 Impeccable organizational skills and time management
🎥 Strong presentation skills
