Community on Purpose is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded on the belief that meaningful change starts with meaningful connection. We are dedicated to supporting women and families in our community through volunteerism, fundraising, direct giving—and the power of storytelling.

Whether it’s showing up for a service project, lending a hand during a crisis, or simply offering space for authentic conversations, our mission is to be a bridge between those who want to help and those who need it most.

Our work doesn’t stop at giving—we also amplify. Through our Community on Purpose podcast, we spotlight women who are intentionally building community through their businesses, their generosity, and their daily lives. We’re proud to share their stories and offer a platform where purpose meets possibility.

Since launching in 2022, we've:

• Provided critical financial support to local families and nonprofits

• Raised awareness for incredible grassroots organizations

• Created safe and inspiring spaces for connection through educational events, networking, and a private Facebook group for women seeking authentic community

Community on Purpose was founded by Mindy Jones, owner of the Amy Jones Real Estate Group and a lifelong advocate for service and leadership. As a real estate professional, nonprofit founder, podcast host, community mentor—and proud toddler mom—Mindy brings heart and hustle to everything she does. Her passion? Helping women find their voice, build meaningful relationships, and use their platform—whatever it may be—for good.
