📊 STATISTIC: The Southeast Valley's inventory is sitting at around 1.4 months of supply, much lower than the entire Valley average of 2.2 months.

👉 WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU: It's still a great time to list your home. While contract activity has decreased, it is following the seasonal expectation. During this time you will see less buyer activity and more price adjustments, as expectations will need to be tempered.

👩‍💼 WHAT YOU CAN DO: Know your home's worth, request a FREE market analysis from one of our agents to see what your home could sell for. If you're looking to buy, we can help too! Consider making a move this month, as home prices and rents continue to rise across the Valley meaning more money for less square footage.
