Expect More

Time to expect more with the right Real Estate Team for you! Let’s get to know each other! Once you’re ready to work with our team, we’ll meet together for a buyer consultation to focus your search criteria and real estate goals.

Get Pre-qualified - We’ll introduce you to our mortgage partners, who can help you determine your buying price range with confidence. Be prepared to dig into paperwork during this part of the process such as pay stubs, W2’s, and tax returns. The lender will do a full review and be able to tell you what you how much you can borrow in order to purchase a home.

Finding Home

Here’s where the buying process gets really fun! We’ll go to local open houses together and schedule viewings of the homes you’ve loved from our listing alerts.

We love this part and so will you! You get to see the homes in person and really get a feel for layouts, neighborhoods, styles and exactly what you're looking for by seeing it in person. Pictures are great, but nothing compares to the feel of viewing homes.

Submitting Offers

Once you "fall" in love with a home, it's time to submit an offer! When you’re ready to make an offer, your agent will present a written offer to the seller. We’re happy to walk you through each contract scenario and how to handle them. Once the offer is accepted, it’s time to get your financing in order and move forward to the next step!

Escrow Period

Great news, the sellers accepted your offer! Now the home is going through appraisal and inspection. The appraisal guarantees that the price of the property matches the condition of the property, while the inspection makes sure that everything in the home is functioning properly and there are no major issues inside.

This process can take anywhere from 15-45 days with a typical average of 30 days. You will agree upon your closing date when negotiating an offer, but this can always slightly change in that 30 day period. It's important to have the right Real Estate Agent representing you during this period in order to communicate with all parties and advocate for you during the process.

Closing Day

Get excited because it’s time to close on your home! This process includes going through all of the final paperwork and signing your name (a lot!). Don't forget to bring all of the paperwork you’ve collected along the way and your down payment.

Once your new home has been "recorded" into your name at the county records office, you will be handed the keys! This could be the same day that you sign all of your documents or the day after. Then it's time to celebrate! Let's take some photos and shower you with gifts. You're a homeowner!
