Hi, I'm Mindy!
Real estate has become so much more than helping people buy and sell homes- it's become a way to build stronger communities and create lasting impact.
After a successful career in the corporate world, I joined my stepmom Amy at The Amy Jones Group and quickly fell in love with real estate. While I enjoyed helping families achieve their homeownership dreams, what truly inspired me was the opportunity to serve our community in a bigger way. When Amy was ready to retire, I was honored to carry on her legacy by purchasing The Amy Jones Group and continuing the mission she started.
As I grew the business, I realized that success wasn't just about real estate transactions- it was about bringing people together and creating opportunities to make a difference. That passion led me to found Community on Purpose, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to connecting local businesses, families, and volunteers with meaningful ways to serve. Through Community on Purpose, we proudly amplify other nonprofits, organize volunteer opportunities, and create partnerships that strengthen our community.
That same passion for helping others grow also inspired me to launch On Purpose Strategies, where I coach and mentor women in business, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are ready to build businesses and lives with intention.
At the heart of everything I do is my greatest blessing, my son, Nico. As a proud single mom, he's my biggest motivation and the unofficial mascot of The Amy Jones Group. If you've spent any time around our team, chances are you've met Nico- he keeps us all smiling and reminds me every day why building a business with purpose matters.
Whether I'm helping a family find the perfect home, mentoring another business owner, or organizing a community give-back event, my mission is simple: to leave people, businesses, and our community better than I found them. I'm incredibly grateful to lead The Amy Jones Group alongside an amazing team that believes real estate is about so much more than homes-it's about people, relationships, and making a lasting impact.
