Staying Connected & Providing Community Resources

Through These Uncertain Times

Latest Update - Stay At Home Orders

This week, Governor Doug Ducey announced an extension of physical distancing measures while laying out a step-by-step approach to continue reenergizing Arizona’s economy. The Governor today issued an Executive Order extending Arizona’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected Order until May 15, 2020. Find information on business and workforce assistance programs, the Small Business Administration, unemployment benefits, and more by visiting COVID-19 Information: Economic Development.

Daycare & Childcare Options

There is no current statewide or national order to close all child-care programs. Until we receive something from the Governor or the President, it is an individual business decision. Here is more information on Covid-19 resources & Child Care options. DES is working with other state partners to develop a network of child care options for the community need, prioritizing care for the children of first responders and emergency personnel. If your child care provider has closed and you are in need of child care, please contact the CCR&R Child Care Information Line at 1-800-308-9000 or online at www.azccrr.com.

Autism Speaks & Resources for Families

Many people with autism and their families are being directly impacted, seeing disruptions in services and coping with the uncertainty of what comes next. We want to share some resources and information that may help you at this time. These pages will be updated regularly as new content is developed.Autism Certification Center (ACC) and Autism Speaks are teaming up to make 30+ hours of online video learning resources available at no cost for the autism community. Now through June 1, 2020, get free access to the Foundations of Evidence-Based Strategies courses with over 30 hours of video-based content.

Nine CARES Act Resources for Small Businesses

It is estimated that only 1 out of 6 eligible Arizona small businesses were approved for the first round of Payroll Protection Program (PPP) funding. Along with East Valley Chambers and the Greater Phoenix Economic council, it is our goal is to have every organization, business and elected official throughout the region activated to encourage eligible businesses to take action and apply. We’ve gathered resources to support businesses with the application process and lessons learned from the first wave of funding.

Giving Back in Uncertain Times

RED DAY - Opportunity To Give Back

We so excited to announce that despite not being able to get together for our annual RED Day with the Amy Jones Real Estate Group and Keller Williams Integrity First Mesa/Gilbert, we are launching a campaign to GIVE BACK!

The annual day of service is dedicated to making a MASSIVE impact on our community - and we've had to get creative in the face of COVID-19.

Instead of just ONE day of service, we are giving YOU the chance to participate in donating to one of THREE worthy causes between now and May 14th.

Drop off donations M-F between 8am-NOON or we will come to you! Just send us a message or give us a call.

Check out the flier below and let me know if you can drop off donations or want us to pick them up from your porch. So many great ways to get involved this year - thank you all for being YOU!

RED DAY

Nominate Your Local Hometown Hero

In times like this, we are reminded of the everyday heroes in our communities. People who go above and beyond to help their neighbors and the community as a whole. All of us at Keller Williams Integrity First would like to honor the every day people who have brought positivity into our community by giving them a special gift on MAY 14th as part of our yearly community service day “Red Day.”

To do this, we need your help! Who do you know, that stand out above the rest, and even in the darkest of times has shown through and brought light into the lives of others around you. To nominate your “community hero” we ask that you submit their name and information, along with how they have serviced the community. Thank you for your help in identifying these amazing neighbors that prove that “Together, Everyone achieves more”
